Downstairs Done Right is a locally owned construction company that specializes in home remodeling and basement finishing. Our Goal is to provide quality craftsmanship right on time, right on budget and right for you. We do this by providing our customers with Guaranteed Up-Front Pricing, a Guaranteed Completion Date, and a Full 1-Year Warranty.
Up Front Pricing:
We go to great lengths to ensure accuracy in our bidding and we present our bid with the exact price you pay. We know what it takes to finish your basement or remodel your home and we will put in the time up front to plan every detail of your project so that our pricing is exact.
Guaranteed Completion Date:
Part of planning every detail of your project is creating a schedule that will allow the project to be completed as quickly as possible. The tradesmen we have teamed with are selected because of their professionalism in all aspects of the job, including their ability to perform on schedule. We are so confident in our systems and our trade-partners that we give our customers a guaranteed completion date at the commencement of production. If we do not complete your project on time, we will pay you $50 for every day we go over schedule.
One-Year Warranty:
In addition to completing the job on time and on budget, we also provide peace of mind with our one-year warranty. If you have any construction defects during the warranty period we will correct the issue in thirty days or less.
